Where are you based and what is the currency of your store?

We are based in Singapore and all prices listed on our website is in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

What postal service do you use to ship out packages?

All packages are shipped out via Singapore Post. 

What payment methods do you accept?

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard and more!

  • If you are a customer from Singapore, we would appreciate it if you could make payment via Paynow/Paylah or Bank Transfer so we can avoid incurring additional transaction fees.

What is your shipping policy?

  • Orders may take up to 3-7 business days to ship after purchase. If you need them delivered asap, please contact us and we will try out best to accommodate.

  • Please ensure that you have entered the FULL delivery address at checkout. There will be an extra mailing charge to get your package mailed out again if the previous delivery address was incorrect/incomplete.

  • International customers will be responsible for any import VAT, taxes, fees and custom duty charges that may incur.

  • Due to Covid-19, please expect a delay in delivery for both local and international orders.

What are you shipping rates?

  • Singapore: Tracked Mail (with tracking number): $2 - It will be delivered within 2 working days

  • Rest of the World: Registered Air Mail (with tracking number) - shipping rate will be calculated at check out as it varies for different countries. It will be delivered within 10 - 14 working days, depending on the individual country's customs processing.

What is your returns & exchange policy?

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns and exchanges due to health and hygiene reasons! 

  • Please contact us here if the items arrived are damaged or defective.

How do I place a custom order?

Our customs are currently closed.

Will designs that are sold be restocked soon?

  • It depends but we will try our best! Most of our designs are one-off pieces since they were made with vintage charms or specially sourced beads and we may run out of stock for them.

  • You can check out our Archive and fill up our contact form if you're interested in a design.

How do you price your products? What is included in the cost?

  • Quality Materials (freshwater pearls, glass beads, custom glass pendants, precious gemstone beads, durable steel wire, 925 silver findings & etc)

  • Packaging (bubble mailers, stickers, cards, trinket boxes)

  • Website (shopify subscription, custom website & email template, custom website domain)

  • Branding & Marketing (logo, instagram ads, collaborations, pop-ups)

What is a Dibs Trinket Box and how do I get it?

  • You will receive a free limited edition dibs trinket box when you spend a minimum of $50* in a single order on the Midnight Dibs website.

  • Does not apply to products under 'Midnight Varsity' and 'Midnight Marketplace'

  • There are only 100 stocks available for each trinket box design, making it a collectible item on our store

  • Dibs trinket boxes are while stocks last!

What is a Dibscount?

  • We have our own loyalty program here at Midnight Dibs called 'Dibscount'.

  • Click the star icon on the bottom right of your screen and log in to your account to check the amount of 'Dibscount' you have.

  • You can exchange these 'Dibscount' points you received for coupon codes.

  • Bonus: Receive 5 Dibscount* for every review you write with a verified account!

How do I care for my Jewellery?

  • Please keep your jewellery away from water, sunlight & perfume.

  • Our stainless steel chains may tarnish over time. You can easily polish it with a polishing cloth to brighten it back up.

  • Glass beads and pendants used in our designs are one of a kind as they are custom made by various artisans we work with. Excessive damage can cause the glass to shatter so please handle them with care.

I accidentally broke my necklace/ bracelet/ keychain, can I get them fixed?

Of course! We understand accidents may happen and offer free repairs*! Please drop us a DM on Instagram or email us at info@midnightdibs.com with details and pictures of the damage.
