Where do you get your products?

Our products come from small businesses around the world, and we also occasionally sell our own designs.
Returns & Refunds

We strongly encourage you to check all items before leaving the store, as refunds/returns are not available. If you have any questions or concerns before making a purchase, please let one of our friendly staff members know for assistance.
Can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification via email to track its progress. Alternatively, you can visit MDVS and pick it up from our store after receiving the pickup notification via email.

How long will you hold my item(s) at the store?

As soon as your order is ready, we will send you a "Ready for Pickup" email to let you know. If you place an order while the store is open, it will typically be ready for pickup within a few hours. We'll hold you package for 14 days and will contact you if it's not collected by the deadline.
