Nope! The store will be closed while the team is away on a business trip.

Yes! The website will remain open and all promotions will be active as usual.

When will my order be ready for collection or mailing?

Orders will be processed after the team returns—starting 20 April onwards.

Do I need a code for the 5% storewide discount?

Nope! It’ll be automatically applied at checkout—no code needed.

How do I qualify for the mystery gift?

Spend $50 in a single order and we’ll automatically add a free mystery gift to your package when we pack your order. No need to add it to your cart!

Can I combine multiple orders to reach $50 for the mystery gift?

Only individual orders totalling $50 or more will qualify.

Can I combine shipping if I place multiple orders?

Yes! We’ll automatically combine your orders if you have the same shipping address and adjust any excess postage when we’re back.
